Start from CrafPrint's registration page and follow the account-confirmation steps. The published offer is a 14-day free trial; automated trial activation and paid subscription management are still being developed.

Step 2

Set Up Your Business

Add your basic business information and review profile preferences and workspace settings. Use details that customers and your team can recognize.

Step 3

Add Your Products

Create records for the products or services you sell, with a name, SKU, selling price, cost, and helpful notes. Detailed variants and a preloaded library are planned.

Step 4

Set Up Inventory

Record materials, blanks, supplies, stock quantities, costs, and reorder information. Review quantities as supplies arrive or are used; automatic stock consumption and notifications are planned.

Step 5

Add Customers

Create customer records with contact details and notes before selecting a customer for an order. If a new customer arrives while you are entering an order, add their record first; inline customer creation is not yet available.

Create Your First Order

Select the customer and product, enter quantities and the order total, and record the due date and production instructions. Review the details before moving the job forward.

Manage Production

Use the Kanban-style Production Board to see jobs grouped by stage and update their status as work progresses. The sequence below shows the intended simplified workflow; the current application uses additional status labels.

Understand Your Costs

Create dated tasks for the actions that keep a job moving, such as confirming a customer detail or preparing supplies. Calendar views, reminders, and assignments are planned.

Review Your Business

Review dashboard and report information for recorded paid-invoice revenue, expenses, unpaid balances, and operational counts. Use accurate records and distinguish cash surplus from job profitability.
